Job description

  • Commencing asap for up to 3 months
  • Administrator – Temporary Assignment
  • Utilise your all-round administration skills and hit the ground running
  • $25 to $28 per hour depending on experience

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting documents
  • Meeting coordination and managing room bookings
  • Working with templates
  • Updating records and information
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Maintaining and updating mailing lists

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

  • Proven experience in similar administration based roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Calm, professional and flexible attitude
  • Fast learner with ability to adapt to new environments easily
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Highly organised and efficient working style
  • Quality driven with solid attention to detail
