Day to day tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinating and setting up meeting rooms
- Basic accounting support (eg. processing invoices/expenses)
- Internal customer support and stakeholder engagement
- Processing data and updating databases
- Drafting and editing documents
- Formatting reports and presentations
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Minute taking and drafting agenda’s
- Website administration
Skills, experience and attributes required for these opportunities:
- Previous administration support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable, able to hit the ground running
- Positive and professional attitude
- Experience using MS Office
- An efficient and organised approach
