Day to day tasks and responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and setting up meeting rooms
  • Basic accounting support (eg. processing invoices/expenses)
  • Internal customer support and stakeholder engagement
  • Processing data and updating databases
  • Drafting and editing documents
  • Formatting reports and presentations
  • Answering and directing phone calls 
  • Travel and accommodation bookings 
  • Minute taking and drafting agenda’s
  • Website administration

Skills, experience and attributes required for these opportunities:

  • Previous administration support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to hit the ground running
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Experience using MS Office
  • An efficient and organised approach
