PART-TIME ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

We require an experienced Accounts Administrator to work 2-3 days per week 8.30 to 4.00pm at our clients small business based in Whangarei.

You will be responsible for managing emails, entering jobs and timesheets, creating invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, PAYE, GST, word-processing, banking and general administration e.g answering phones and filing.

Ideally you will have some practical experience using Chaos and/or Flexitime software along with Xero Accounting Software. Consideration will be given to those applicants with proven experience in multi-accounting software.

This is a 4 week assignment due to start beginning of June.
