Are you a high energy junior administrator looking for a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a company?

Our client is currently seeking a Junior Administrator to join and help assist their fast-paced Sales and Marketing team. If you are looking to grow and develop your administrative career and learn new skills that could open doors for your future, this is the role for you.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • A good personality and sense of humour
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Logistical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in property management is desired but not essential
  • Citizenship or Permanent Residency in New Zealand  

You will be required to:

  • Provide excellent administrative support
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes
  • Keep records up to date on various social media platforms and inhouse systems
  • Assist in planning company events
