Job description

Experienced Administrator required to work in a support position for an insurance broker based in Rotorua. This is a full time permanent position where you will be an integral part of the team.

We are looking for someone who comfortable with clients and can be a secondary contact for the Broker, ideally you will be experienced in insurance with the ability to assist with the insurance processes and keep things moving. If you have come from a position as an PA or EA and are able to assist with making the Brokers life easy we would like to hear from you also.

Other tasks include:
* Managing and processing of renewals
* Processing endorsements policy changes
* Manage an outstanding premium process
* Keep an accurate trace of all documentation
