We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcing Advisor / Administrator to manage end to end recruitment process across all parts of the business, sourcing for varied roles and supporting leaders in achieving their business goals. You will build and maintain talent pools through various methods including the development of the company's bulk recruitment service. You will also determine and advise the business on suitable sourcing strategies and assessment techniques.

Skills essential for this position:

  • Experience in an internal recruiter position with extensive experience in end to end recruitment using innovative sourcing solutions.
  • Experience leading bulk recruitment and assessment centre process.
  • Your high energy, engaging personality and capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities
  • Superior organization skills
  • Your knowledge of current market trends, applicant tracking technology and social networking recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting in manufacturing construction or heavy industry will be an advantage.
  • Good team spirit/positive can-do attitude
