Job description

Our client is a busy engineering company in Dunedin. They require an experienced office administrator to join their team for a full time role.

Requirements

  • A fantastic attitude with excellent people skills and time management experience.
  • Experience operating and maintaining a database.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
  • Familiar with Xero.
  • Accounts payable experience (preferable)
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying composed in busy times in the office
  • A great sense of humour and be willing to fit into a fun team!
