Job description
OneStaff New Plymouth is the leading supplier of temporary and permanent staff to a number of industrial based clients in the Taranaki region.
Our Client has been operating for the past 16 years in successfully treating snoring and sleep apnea. They currently have a vacancy to full for an experience customer service / administrator in their busy sleep clinic here in New Plymouth
The Role
This role will have a strong focus on customer service as you will be based at the main reception area. You will be the first point of contact for all customers arriving to the clinic as well as being the main point of contact for all incoming calls.
Full training will be provided as you will need to set up technical sleep equipment for new and existing customers.
This role will be ideal for someone who is proficient in multitasking, as some of your tasks will be, but not limited to:
Expected start date is Monday 5th October however there can be some flexibility around this. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and the hourly rate will range from $22.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on your experience.
