Job description

We are looking for a superstar administrator to provide support in our Adecco Nelson branch, located on Wakefield Quay. This is a temporary assignment is required to start on the 8th July and will mostly likely be between 4-8 weeks however this could change.

The purpose of this role will be providing support within the branch and assisting in end to end recruitment process administration.

  • Keying of timesheets
  • Reference Checks
  • Phone screening candidates
  • Data entry
  • General administrative tasks as required
  • Scanning and filing of documents

    You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with a positive attitude and an ability to work closely with others.
