Are you currently seeking your next position? Do you have previous experience in business administration support or coordination roles? We currently have huge demand for Business Support Administrators required for temporary assignments starting in the New Year.

  • Data entry and updating databases
  • Coordinating and setting up meeting rooms
  • Drafting and editing documents
  • Answering and directing phone calls 
  • Travel bookings 
  • Diary management support
  • Minute taking 
  • Website administration
  • Experience using MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to hit the ground running
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • An efficient and organised approach
