Job description

We are currently seeking an individual who has a passion for sourcing candidates to assist in growing and supporting our Adecco Petone branch. This diverse and exciting role provides the opportunity to use your skills in areas including recruitment, administration and client service.

Direct responsibilities include:

  • Candidate sourcing - including ownership of end to end recruitment functions for candidates in search of temporary and permanent opportunities
  • Provision of administrative support including payroll
  • Providing client support

    We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

    • Administration, or candidate sourcing experience
    • A dynamic personality with the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life and establish relationships quickly
    • High standard of verbal and written skills with intermediate Microsoft Office skills
    • Proven attention to detail with the ability to achieve high levels of compliancy
    • An individual with drive, determination and the desire to succeed
    • The ability to multi task and to think outside of the square
