We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a leading NZ company as an Administrative Assistant based in Rotorua. This role is initially temporary, but with the view to become permanent for the right candidate.

This role is has alot of variety, with no two days being the same. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Administration Manager and other staff within the organisation to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Hours of work are 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer queries and requests either over the phone, by email or face to face with customers
  • Investigate, organise and schedule request for service from the companies clients
  • Invoicing
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Cover the reception desk when required

    To be considered for the role you must have excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise work, have the initiative to see a problem and fix it, have good attention to detail and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in MS Office and have excellent customer service.
