Job description

Our client seeking a highly organised and efficient office administrator to support their business.

This position is for 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday - Start and finish times are flexible.

Skills and Experience

2 years office and accounts experience
A good knowledge of administrative systems and procedures
Good computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Work and Excel
Great phone manner to deal with our customers, suppliers and staff
Accuracy with figures
A keen eye for detail
Efficient time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Be confident to work autonomously

Key responsibilities of this role include

Basic accounts payable - reconciliation of creditors statements and invoices
Assisting with Payroll
Filing and scanning
Project support
General office administration
