Job description

We are lucky enough to be working with a NZ owned and operated manufacturing company located in the Mount who supply to the construction industry. We are looking for a positive, easygoing person to join the team.

They have an opening for an administration and customer service guru to join the small but dynamic team. This role is super varied, so would suit someone that can think outside the box and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

* Customer interaction and showing customers through showroom
* Answering calls and taking messages
* Speaking with Construction Managers
* Resolving issues
* Booking appointments for sales teams
* Preparing run sheets for installers
* Issuing invoices
* Following up on unpaid invoices
* Accounts payable

This workplace is a very team driven environment, so will suit someone that excels as part of a team. Having a strong eye for detail is very important for this position.

Experience in Xero or MYOB will be beneficial as well as being competent with the MS Office suite. If you have worked in the trades industries, this will be very advantageous.
