Job description

We are looking for an administrator to assist our site for approx 2 to 4 weeks. This role is based in Point Chevalier with easy access, and free parking on site.

Duties to include:
* Data Entry
* Answering phones
* Working on Excel, Word & Outlook

You will need:
* Proven Admin experience
* Be flexible with staying late or coming in earlier
* To be fully available for the next 2-4 weeks
* Excellent Computer skills and to pick up things easily
* To be a team player with excellent organisation skills

The hours are Monday to Friday 8 - 4 depending on the workload.
