Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced administrative assistant to assist with the day-to-day operations of a plastic manufacturing company. The office is in an industrial setting and the ideal candidate would have previous experience in a similar role.

We are looking for people that have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in an administration role
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages and other associated computer programmes
  • Ability to learn administrative processes quickly
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

    Due to unforeseen growth, our client is hoping to take someone on immediately. As this is a small company, the client requires someone who is flexible and adaptable to all aspects of an administrative role.


    To be eligible for this role, you must have the following;

    • Eligibility to work in New Zealand
    • Reliable transport
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
    • (2) valid employment references
