Overview:

  • Pay rate: This is a senior administrative role and for the right person will attract the appropriate pay rate
  • Requirements: 2+ years in administration and accounts receivable
  • Environment: Cooperate Office
  • Start Date: Immediate Start preferred
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30am - 5.00pm

    The Role:

    We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator for a temporary assignment for the next 4 - 5 weeks. Working with a well-established company that have been operating since 1869, primarily involved in domestic freight and logistics. You will need to be available to start immediately and be committed to work the hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

    To be considered for this role you must be able to meet the flowing criteria:

    • 2+ years' experience in Administration and accounts receivable
    • Knowledge of IMS payroll system or similar
    • A Current CV with at least two work references

      Requirements to work for OneStaff:

      • ID required; NZ passport OR NZ Birth Certificate & Driver's License
      • Pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol test
      • Must have reliable transport
      • CV, Relevant Certificates or License (i.e. forklift or site safe passport)
