Job description

Our South and East Auckland based clients are looking for new team members who are capable, adaptable to change, have a good sense of humour and have the ability to pick things up quite quickly.

These roles are temporary assignments but with real opportunity for the right person.

The roles involve:

  • Daily reporting and invoicing
  • Monthly reconciliation to GL
  • Dealing with debtor enquiries
  • Monthly payment runs
  • Cash book transactions
  • Forex updates
  • Receipting/costing of inwards goods
  • Creation of PO’s
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Credit control

You will ideally have:

  • At least 1-3 years Accounts experience
  • General Ledger experience
  • Accounts Payable/Receivables processing experience
  • Exposure to stock control / purchasing
  • NZ based experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The right candidate will also be adaptable and flexible and quick to pick up new systems.
