A manufacturing company based in East Auckland is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team on a full time, temporary basis.

    The company are looking for an Account Payable administrator who will join a wider team of 6 people. You will be responsible for: 
    • Sundry Invoices and trade stock invoices - around 1000 - 1500 monthly
    • Reconciliations - creditor reconciliations & weekly pay runs 
    • Banking for the payment files
      What are they looking for? 
      As the incoming Account Payable administrator, you must have a clear appreciation of debits and credits in the general ledger additionally you must have: 
      • Significant experience with trade creditors (stock invoice processing) 
      • Excellent communication skills 
      • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills!
