Job description

Our client is looking for a temporary staff member to join their team starting on the 14th January 2019.
They are based in Mt Wellington with parking on site. This is a busy role with loads of variety, you won’t get bored.
The role is a combination of accounts and administration.

The role: 

  • Match purchase orders and packing slips to supplier invoices
  • Enter invoices into Accredo and reconcile supplier statements
  • Process creditors payments and upload into the banking system
  • Reception duties – Answering phones, greeting customers
  • Ad hoc administration duties
  • Signing for and distributing courier packages
  • Meet and greet visitors to the office

What we need from you:

  • Previous AR and AP experience is essential
  • Ideally you will have worked with Accredo previously
  • Accuracy with data entry and typing
  • You will need to offer some flexibility in terms of assisting with administration when needed
  • Have excellent time management and be able to meet weekly and monthly deadlines
