Overview:

  • Pay rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
  • Requirements: Proven experience in accounts payable role
  • Environment: Cooperate Office
  • Start Date: Immediate Start
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30am - 5.00pm

    The Role:

    We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator for a temporary assignment for a minimum of 6 weeks. Working with a well-established company that have been operating since 1869, primarily involved in domestic freight and logistics. You will need to be available to start immediately and be committed to work the hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

    The role will include but will not be limited to:

    • Processing invoices into a data extractor system
    • Coding of invoices
    • Distributing invoices to the relevant approvers
    • Using ABBY, Approval Plus and Medius flow systems

      To be considered for this role you must be able to meet the flowing criteria:

      • Have an attention to detail, accurate & also efficient
      • Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
      • Have a proven work history in accounts payable or similar

        Requirements to work for OneStaff:

        • ID required; NZ passport OR NZ Birth Certificate & Driver's License
        • Pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol test
        • Must have reliable transport
        • CV, Relevant Certificates or License (i.e. forklift or site safe passport)
