The Company

Our client is niche manufacturing business in Wiri. Due to a recent resignation, they are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable administrator to join their team. This is a very stable business with low staff turnover. They are after a safe pair of hands who would be managing the AP function for the entire NZ business.

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you would be responsible for: -

  • High Volume Invoice processing
  • Managing Payment for accounts in USD, AUD and NZD
  • Reconciliation and maintenance of petty cash balances
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Invoice Coding and Receipting
  • Review of vendor statements
  • Reconciliation of Supplier Statements

Ideally, you would have a couple of years of Accounts payable experience in the past. To be successful in your new role you will need to be:

  • Have 4-5 years of Accounts Payable Experience
  • Confident in processing a high-volume transaction
  • Comfortable with manual processing
  • Attention to detail
