Job description

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced accounts payable administrator who is available for an immediate start. Please note that this is a full time temporary role.

You will be reporting to the management accountant and your main responsibilities are as follows:

* Processing coding and payment of supplier invoices

* Resolving business and supplier queries

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and have good planning and organisational ability. A working knowledge to at least intermediate level of Microsoft Office programs with an advanced level in Excel.

You will have a proactive approach to work and demonstrate a willingness to acquire new skills and you will ideally have approximately 2 years experience in a similar role in the accounting environment.
