Our client is currently seeking an experienced and professional candidate to provide a high level of Accounts/Office Administration and support in this full time position.

 

As the Accounts/Office Administrator you will play an integral part in the team and will look after a broad range of accounting areas.  You will be responsible for assisting in all the day to day administration procedures of general administration, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

 

The role is diverse and varied with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

 

  • Customer service
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Invoicing
  • Bank reconciliations
  • General administration duties
  • Assisting fellow team members with adhoc duties as required

 

In order to ensure success in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

 

  • Solid Accounts/Office Administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office as well as Xero
  • Excellent numeracy skills combined with an inquiring, analytical mind
  • Excellent ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Strong customer focus
  • High level of attention to detail
