Job description

We are offering the chance for you to be an integral cog of a privately owned company, within the horticultural industry.
You will be responsible for the financial planning, as well as overseeing costs and maintaining finances for the North Island branches.

* Option to work from home 2 days a week
* Based in Te Puke
* Use of company car

The key responsibilities of the role include:
* Preparing weekly and monthly reporting for senior management
* Financial planning for all North Island branches
* Monitor and coordinate the financial aspects using spreadsheets
* Complete accounts payable and receivable
* Preparation of the annual and long term plan
* Payroll and time sheet data entry    

Desired experience:
* Intermediate to Senior accounting experience
* Experience with Xero
* Fluency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent computer skills/ knowledge
* Class 1 driver’s license
