Accounts Assistants Required!


Job description

Our clients are looking for experienced Accounts Payable Temps to start immediately through until early 2019

You will be involved in all aspects of Accounts Payable, reconciliations, purchase orders, and data entry. No job will be too big or too small for you.

Our temporary roles suit people who are self-starters, with positive attitudes and willingness to roll up their sleeves and pitch in to help out the team.

You will have:

  • Previous Accounts Payable, and Reconciliation experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel, administration and computer skills, plus the ability to pick up tasks quickly
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount
  • Strong processing skills and ability to work with speed
  • Experience with MYOB Exonet or Xero
