Job description

We are currently looking for Accounts Administrators to join our Beyond Temp team! If you have accounts experience, are available now and looking for temporary opportunities, please don’t hesitate to apply!

We have a range of temporary roles that require the following proven skills and experience:

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Credit control
  • Reconciliations
  • Debt recovery
  • General ledger administration
  • Audit assistance experience
  • Fixed asset administration
  • Reporting experience

We have several accounts roles coming up and we are seeking pro-active candidates! The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, a strong work ethic and be able to hit the ground running.

The following attributes will give you an advantage to secure a temporary role at a competitive hourly rate:

  • Proven accounting support or finance experience
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills (you will be tested)
  • Strong computer skills and experience with financial systems
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Strong communication skills and customer service focus
