Job description

This role based in Grey Lynn will be working for a Panel Beating company.

They are needing an office allrounder to join their friendly team ASAP to assist with a growing work load! This is an all encompassing admin and accounts role. This person must be a really good all rounder - experienced in accounts work (MYOB) and also adept in seeing to customer needs as they enter from the workshop or shopfront into the office area.

Your day to day duties will involve

  • Accounts - using MYOB
  • Front desk reception
  • Customer service - face to face and over the phone
  • General administration duties

    Based in Grey Lynn, hours are 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

    Pay rate between $25 - 28ph dependent on experience

    The ideal candidate

    • MUST have experience and be confident using MYOB
    • Be proactive and self-motivated
    • Have good verbal and written communication
    • Have a friendly manner and enjoy talking with customers
    • Have experience in MS Office and be computer literate
