Job description

  • Part time, 20-25 hours per week
  • Permanent role, immediate start
  • Wellington Location

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be available for an immediate start
  • Have proven experience working in the end to end AP/AR function
  • Be agile in your working style with the ability to chop and change between tasks

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Raising invoices for accounts receivable billings
  • Collecting overdue payments
  • Processing payment runs, ensuring 100% accuracy
  • Receipting and reconciliation of payments
  • Ad hoc tasks, as and when required by the team
