Our client is a significant player in their field and are seeking a switched on individual who is strongly customer centric and who is looking to move enter into Account Management. This would suit someone who is is a strong team player and has abut who has a natural technical nous to join their focused and successful team.

The role:

  • Managing a small portfolio of clients by phone, email and in person
  • Supporting a Key Account Manager and others when needed
  • Carrying out a range of reporting and extracting data
  • Track customer issues
  • Compiling quotes
  • Liaising with a range of internal teams - IT, Marketing, Sales etc

Extensive training and ongoing support will be given as this field is very niche. What is key are the attributes listed below and the personal fit for the North Shore based team as you will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate must have:-

  • Solid customer service and sales coordinator type background required
  • Print, IT, or technical background is advantageous but not essential
  • Comfortable dealing at all levels
  • A friendly, down to earth and engaging personality
  • Strong attention for detail
  • Resilience and be diplomatic
  • Digitally savvy
  • A team player
  • Integrity
