Job description

I am seeking 2 x Service Desk Analysts for a Government client, this will be Level 1 and 2 work.

To be successful for this role you will need to have the following experience:

  • Previous customer service or service desk experience in a technical environment
  • ITIL knowledge/understanding
  • Perform incident, request, problem and change management process for service support calls
  • Log calls, resolve calls, or escalate where necessary
  • Government experience would be advantageous
