Job description
I am seeking 2 x Service Desk Analysts for a Government client, this will be Level 1 and 2 work.
To be successful for this role you will need to have the following experience:
- Previous customer service or service desk experience in a technical environment
- ITIL knowledge/understanding
- Perform incident, request, problem and change management process for service support calls
- Log calls, resolve calls, or escalate where necessary
- Government experience would be advantageous
