Job description

This is a Reception position. Must have relevant experience but training around their systems will be provided.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am - 3pm
  • $19 - $20ph
  • Part-time role
  • Office environment - needs to be friendly & professional will be the face of the company
  • Working in a small, supportive team environment

    On a daily basis will be :

    • Answering phones / greeting customers
    • Data entry
    • Ordering of parts
    • Booking freight and organising deliveries
    • Customer Service

      The ideal candidate will :

      • Be computer literate
      • Be well presented, friendly & approachable
      • Ideally have some customer service experience
      • Be friendly and confident greeting visitors and answering phones
      • Excellent verbal and written communication
      • Be able to return a satisfactory police check and pass pre-employment drug test
