An exciting opportunity has arisen for a person to join our team who simply loves numbers and is accurate in interpreting data base information.
In order to maintain the reputation for delivering a high level of quality services to our business, this role calls for a self-motivated person with a strong focus on accuracy and efficient data input ensuring accurate, fast, timely and focused information retrieval to ensure business profitability.

You will use your time effectively and efficiently, you will concentrate your efforts on the more important priorities at hand, get more done in less time than others; and can attend to a broad range of activities at once. This role is not for the faint hearted. It is fast paced demanding and always changing and challenging.

This position is in a male dominated environment and a sense of humour is essential to provide efficient and effective administration support in the areas of Job Costing, accounts information management, communications and secretarial duties. You will have a reputation of being counted on, and to exceed goals successfully, constantly and consistently one of the top performers, very bottom-line oriented, steadfastly pushing self and other for results.

You will have a proven history of relating well to all kinds of people, up, down, sideways, inside and outside of the organization, building appropriate rapport, building constructive and effective relationships, and use diplomacy and tact and can diffuse even high-tension situations comfortably. Above all you will realize the importance of confidentiality in all dealings with others.
Your background will be from a practical perspective of getting the job done, dedicated to meeting or better still exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; getting first hand customer information and using it for improvements in products and services, while always acting with the customers in mind gaining their trust and respect.

You will excel in problem solving, using rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems and situations with effective solutions, probing all fruitful sources for answers, and can see hidden problems before they can cause issues and excellent at honest analysis; looking beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answers.
