Our Client is an international player in the global logistics services. They offer a multi-modal service from their three branch offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. They are looking for a Customer Services specialist to join their team for 12 months as maternity cover.

The ideal candidate will be the liaison between clients, overseas agents and inter-office departments, while providing a high quality of service to the client and supporting sales/operations. They will also ensure follow up and provide timely information, primarily to the client but also to operations about the status of clients’ orders.

* Experience in Quotes for freight and international shipping
* Experience in Logistics, freight and international Shipping environment
