Job description

Our client within the building trade is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Ideally you will have previous customer service experience and also knowledge within the building trade. You will be able to contribute to achieving branch sales targets and maintaining customer loyalty through the provision of quality customer service.

Essential skills for this role:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
  • Must be fit with a hard-working attitude
  • Product knowledge or experience within the building trade would be advantageous
