Job description

We have an excellent opportunity for three to four Contact Centre Representatives for a 7 month temporary role in Dunedin.

The role involves individuals who have exceptional customer service skills, and strong attention to detail. Being on the phones it is essential that you can listen well to the customer(s) to understand their request(s) as well as follow company procedure. Previous experience within a call centre is desirable but not essential.

You will bring with you a positive attitude, good work ethic and enjoy being part of a team.

Hours are between 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
